Quality always good and very impressed with speed of service
Already had a 12 tin and wanted to increase colour selection for fabric art. Would have given 5 if the two tins I ordered in one order were sent separately I.e two separate packages which DPD delivered on separate days. Why?

Thank you for your review. Looking at your order, the team may have sent out as two separate orders due to the availability of stock. So instead of you waiting a long time for part/all of your order, they may have sent out the first tin so you had something. However, you won't have been charged twice for delivery.

Excellent product
Great to be able to choose. I just wish the colour chart etc was more user friendly.
I like that I can choose a selection from the different ranges of pencils and crayons to try out the various media. Often you just want to replace a few colours or work with a limited colour palette.
Got the pencils that I ordered and they worked for what I needed them to do.
Excellent product, my favourite drawing medium. Very good service. Also bought the 6 pencil tin. Both were for my wife and she loves them. Intense rules!

Pencils are great, but I ordered 2 identical tins each with the same 12 pencils but inexplicably you sent 2 tins with 6 pairs of the same 6 so I had to break the seals and rearrange before gifting.

Such a brilliant idea! Smart silver tin to which personal choice of pencils can be added - mix and match. Perfect as a gift or a treat for self! Larger size tins would be even better - 24 or even 36, enabling greater selection of pencils.
