One of the best colours in the Lightfast series. Arctic is one of the best whites ever produced not only by Derwent but even across competitors. The beauty lies in its not being a pure white but having a barely discernible tint of sky blue that adds a lot life either when used on its own or as a blending agent. Arctic is also significantly opaque, a characteristic often sought after by coloured pencil artists.
A useful pale colour. My old one is getting short
