Fantastic product, with super fast delivery Just love derwent drawing pencils
It was great to be able to put together my own set. Was really impressed that it came packaged/wrapped to keep the pencils safe the same as a pre-determined set would be.
Such a great idea to build your own tin as it allowed me to select just the new Drawing Pencil colours rather than buy a full set. I purchased 2 tins. Nice tins and when I opened them the pencils were sealed in cellophane like a standard set would be.
This was a great way to get the new Drawing pencils without buying the whole set (with the ones I already have). I bought them all using 2x 24 tins. The custom tins give you a discount, plus I had a discount code on top of that, so I got the Drawing pencils for a really good deal. I did have a few breakages when sharpening, with one constantly breaking, but Derwent quickly sent me a replacement pencil.
I ordered two pick-your-own tins of the new Drawing Pencil colours, as it was cheaper than buying them individually or as a set, as I already had the original colours. The two tins arrived separately. Two pencils have broken lead (the nibs came broken and then broke several times before I got a point). I think these are maybe quite brittle colours naturally? (Heather, Distant Green). Otherwise, absolutely in love with the new colours - the palette is wonderful. Always been a fan of their Drawing Pencil - in my opinion, it's the best thing they make.
I love Derwent pencils as they are synonym of quality and great performance. I love the fact you can build your own tin putting on it exactly what you need. I’ve ordered 2 tins with the new drawing pencils that have been launched in October as I already own the previous 24. The colours are unique and gorgeous and they are a great addition to my other collections. I love them, thank you!
