This is an absolutely brilliant sharpener. I've only just started to get back into art and I mainly draw with pencils, graphite, colour and pastel pencils, and I found the leads kept breaking easily on my coloured pencils using any of my old manual sharpeners. Now, the leads only break if I sharpen them too far and it gives the pencils a sharp point every time! Only thing to mention, is that the sharpener arrived with the mechanism separated from the plastic body and it took a bit of work to get it back in. I realise now, after reading the instructions, that the mechanism is removable for easy cleaning.
I tried to sharpen my Prisma Colour pencils using a single flat blade sharpener. Just broke the core. Using the Super Point, a dream. A perfect point on my pencil and no wasted core. Fantastic. Well worth the money. Just stop turning the handle earlier than you think, it is super effecient.

Brilliant sharpener. If you are a coloured pencils artist, then this sharpener is must have! Like any pencil sharpener it must be emptied regularly, the blade cleaned with a stiff brush like a toothbrush.

Excellent Very sharp pencil sharpener but Need to be patient with it. It also Leaves grooves in your pencils where it grips. Does Very fine sharp point.
Useful, but the attachment to a table needs a specific type of table to be stable, otherwise sharpens well.
Using this sharpener you get a lovely sharp point. It’s easy to use and also easy to empty. I would recommend anyone to use this product as it’s made very well.

Unfortunately l can't review this product properly as it was faulty. I tried to sharpen several pencils and only one was successful. The rest it just chewed up. I rang customer service and was told to return it and it would be replaced. It was returned a few days ago but l am still waiting for the replacement.

I've wanted one of these since I was at school. It was the most interesting thing in the room a lot of the time! Good secure fit. Very handy and I always know where it is!
Does exactly what it says - very sharp pointed pencils now
