No compatible power cord
Delivery was fine but can’t use the iron as it doesn’t have a power cord that’s compatible with Australian standards..

Surprised by origin
I love the tool and the shipping and packaging and follow up was excellent. My only concern is that I didn't realize it was shipping from overseas and therefore slow to arrive.
That should have been noted on the order. I probably would have ordered it anyway.

I ordered the tool box magnetic labels…
I ordered the tool box magnetic labels as they appeared to be a metal alloy and they would depict Australian tool terms, however they are for the American market with names such as wrenches etc
And a stick on magnetic strip.
