Dexcom is the only company I do business with that after only one year I am searching for anyone to take their place. Having spent my career in a service company I've become familiar with what excellent, good and poor service looks and feels like. What kind of rating would you recommend for a company that typically takes twenty minutes to answer the phone call and then puts you on another long hold while they now take their time putting you through to their support group. Amazingly, they are at the bottom of the heap. Almost all companies can do better than they do on their very best of days. Dexcom, I'll be glad to see you in my rearview mirror. One saving note is that once you finally reach their support people they are willing and capable of extending pretty good support.
