I love buying from Desenio

I love buying from Desenio. I have a wall of their prints and I change them out for Christmas. I fell in love with the Noel print. The colors matched perfectly and it was on sale. When it arrived I took the frame down and took the back off to put the new print in. I realized I already had it! It was behind the one I leave up most of the year. I must have bought it last year and forgot. Obviously I must have really liked it! I’ll try to remember not to buy another one next year. Lol

Missing items, no support — Feels like a scam!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered four prints, but only received two of them. The website claims delivery within 4 business days, but it’s been over 14 days and I’m still waiting for the remaining two prints.

To make matters worse, their customer support is awful. It takes several days to get a response, and even when they do reply, there’s no real resolution or update on my missing items. I feel completely ignored as a paying customer.

At this point, I’m starting to question the legitimacy of this company. Is this a scam? I paid for a full order, but I’m only receiving half of it. Buyers beware — I would strongly recommend avoiding this site unless you want to risk throwing your money away.

Package wasn't delivered to the correct…

Package wasn't delivered to the correct location and I was never notified that the package was delivered. These issues lead to the package being stolen by another individual and Desenio claims it isn't their responsibility and will not provide a replacement. I've purchased items from Desenio in the past without issue but will not be doing so in the future because of this issue.

I LOVE my print!

My print is beautiful and it has a textured look which makes it look even more expensive than it was, lol! Easy to find what I was looking for, and received it within 1 week of ordering. Overall great experience! Will use Desenio again for sure!

Meh experience.

The prints are good quality. The frames are very cheap and flimsy. I got prints on a massive sale and in total they cost me under $50 for three.... My total at checkout was $225! You do the math how much I paid for three frames with a 10% discount. Absolutely not worth it. I got all excited to buy something based on a recommendation and turns out, joke on me. It also took longer to ship than advertised.

The custom photo was the wrong size by…

The custom photo was the wrong size by just about an inch which is really frustrating. Had to either cut it myself or jam it into the frame. Would not recommend this company for custom prints because of this (photo quality was great though)
