Absolutely love desenio - constantly updating their prints and the quality is great (even the frames are well worth the price!) and never had an issue with them. Very quick delivery too.
As a first-time user my experience was quite satisfying. I liked how I can create mock designs and see how my compilation will look. Print and frame quality is nice. Recommend.

Quality of print is awful. Quality of paper is terrible. Frames are cheap and nasty. I think the worst thing was the quality of the print. My pictures look like they’ve been photocopied on a cheap machine.

We’re sorry you feel that way. We print our posters on 200g uncoated, premium matt paper, which we inform of on the website. The paper is also age-resistant, and we have opted for a non-reflective matte finish.

Terrible customer service and missing items
Terrible customer service . I used the 342 offer yet only received two out of three prints . The customer service advisor was rude and refused to send the 3rd print -despite agreeing that they should have sent it. They have not delivered all products and were very rude when approached . Never use this company ! I wish I’d have read the multiple poor reviews below .
Edit : The company has replied below asking to get in touch with customer service yet I have been chasing customer service several times . They have refused to send the 3rd print -despite being part of the offer . No resolution whatsoever except a rude response and refusal to send the 3rd picture I paid for. A request for the complaint to be escalated has been ignored twice and I am yet to receive a further response- yet the company will reply on this site promptly. I ordered 3 prints and received 2. No goodwill, no help and a blatant disregard for their customers.

Large frames are not well made
I brought the large 70x100cm black wood frame a while ago. I knew straight away it was flimsy but liked how it looked so didn't contact customer services.
Recently I wanted to relocate the picture so picked it up from the table and the sides almost came apart. The small staples holding it at the corners are not strong enough to hold the weight of the perspex sheet, in the rush of catching the frame, I cut myself on the perspex sheet that protrude out as the side of the frames bowed. The small frames are fine, but won't purchase large frames from Desenio again.

Delivery mess up

Issue with returns and refunds
I order a Frame and two prints, I relly do not like the prints at all and wished to return them. They have a 14 day return policy and you have to cover the cost of return your self (which is odd for the prints market). Nether the less I was happy to shoulder the cost but I have now emialed 4 times regarding the return and no one has gotten back to me with the delivery address. With a 14 day return policy and expecting the customer to arrange this themselves you really need to be able to respond quickly supporting this. I hope they honor the return and refund.

Great customer service but very poor quality. Very grainy and dull colors not in a good way. Will not put it on my wall. Could have printed it myself. Expensive for what it is. Don’t understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews?
