Absolutely love desenio - constantly updating their prints and the quality is great (even the frames are well worth the price!) and never had an issue with them. Very quick delivery too.
As a first-time user my experience was quite satisfying. I liked how I can create mock designs and see how my compilation will look. Print and frame quality is nice. Recommend.

Poor quality frame and personal photo
Order - 22716405 **UPDATE**
My order finally arrived, two separate deliveries for frames and photos
The frames in all honestly are flimsy and cheap and are certainly not worth the £30+ I paid for them.
The photos arrived separately without me being told so I was waiting around for quite a bit.
The photos are printed on paper; if I had known this, I would never have ordered from here. They have been delivered wrapped up so there are a lot of creases when placing the paper in the frames.
After spending approximately £245 I can safely say, it is 100% not worth the money and I would urge anyone that wants to order personalised photos not to, it’s a complete and utter rip off.
Extremely disappointed in the quality and I would like to think this update will be taken seriously and Desenio will think about this in the future.

Average printing like office printer
Bought 12 posters. Colour is dull and paper quality is so so, like what you use in the office for printing and a little thicker. The surface of the paper is like normal office printing paper too. It lets the ink absorb and dry fast. But that also means the colors are much less vibrant that it looks on the webshop.
I love they have a wide variety of artworks but when the prints does not come out as expected. It was sad. I ordered over 15 posters from them. And when I contacted them. They analyzed it and say it was just as they expected.. it’s not much more I can say.
I understood digital printing is never as good as offset printing. But just sad that they won’t do anything about it.. printer settings, colors or consider changing to better paper.
I usually use Optimalprint and was generally happy, but thought of using desenio because of their beautiful art. And now I think I will rather just go back.

Bought 2 prints and frames on 4th sept…
Bought 2 prints and frames on 4th sept 2023 , arrived 12th , not suitable for my room, returned same day , klarna has took full payment , they have been returned by Evri , I’ve not recd my money back still.
And have rang twice, to a voice recording, then emailed 3 times and no reply.
My next step is to contact my bank for them to try raise it with them.
I’m really annoyed as just over £50 I’m at a loss.

AVOID
AVOID! every print arrived damaged due to ridiculously poor packaging. That tells you what they think about their prints. Phone number is not answered. Emails take days to reply and are robotic and unhelpful. They give free stuff to influencers for promotion, that's the only reason they got big. Avoid avoid avoid

The frames are low quality, damaged prints
The frames are low quality and not even glass. The cost of the frames I was expecting at least glass, they are also very light weight. All the prints I received (I ordered 5) were creased and one frame was damaged. The montage does look good on my wall but I won’t be buying from Desenio again as I think I can buy better quality frames and prints for similiar price else where.

I'm very disappointed
I have never been so disappointed with an order. I expected high quality posters, but I received just paper. I would get the same result if I printed pictures from the Internet myself on my home printer. In addition, the paper was wrinkled and dirty. The price is clearly too high for a product of such low quality.

Way overpriced
Just had my order (50x70) printed picture and paid £34.95 for it and not very happy, it is literally just paper! Nothing like how a printed picture should be so the quality is definitely not what I expected atall… very disappointed! Way over priced for such poor quality and postage £5 for a small box ?

you cannot make a return
I have registered my return two weeks ago. I never received an email containing instructions and address details. I have sent several emails to desenio asking to contact me. They never did! I want to make a return and they do not let me!
Update: I have attached my email signing in here. I can give you the number of my order which is 22142474, 127,72€, made 2023-05-01 and received one month later. I am contacting your customer service since the 14th July but no response. The days are passing by and then you will tell me than I have no longer the right to make the return.
Update2: Desenio's customer service got in touch and my request has been completed. Thank you!

Bad quality, expensive returns
Ordered 6 prints from this place, 2 were such bad quality you couldn't even see the print. Returned 3 to find out they charge £9.90 return charge and only company you can return with is Evri! Will never be ordering from them again

I would like to change picture from time to time, using the same frame. And I would love to have one extra flat box to store several pictures. Apart from that, the frame is nice, the plexiglass is thick enough, and the picture is absolutely of good quality.

I thought I placed a order from…
I thought I placed a order from desenio, but I didn’t receive any order confirmation or klarna invoice . So I thought I didn’t place the order successfully. Then I placed another order the next day. 3 posters. But only two of them are available! Their customer service contacted me after they sent me the wrong product (missing one )and make a gift card code for my next order! As this is not what i ordered so I asked them to cancel the order instead sending me the wrong product . But they said they can’t do it . So I just returned the package to them . And found out they actually sent me two packages ! And their customer service accuse me I received the first order confirmation which I didn’t receive at all ! Their customer care are rude ! And ineffective and wasted their customer a lot of time ! The worst shopping experience I ever had ever !
