Lowlife company and practice
Lowlife company and practice, useless and empathetic customer support. Wont refund my shoes, regurgitating their policy at me about how long it took to request it. Despite their Delivery Company leaving my shoes outside, IN A BIN, WHICH WAS FULL, ON BIN COLLECTION DAY, with photo evidence. Despite acknowledging photo evidence, they chose to investigate, and after 4 months no feedback. Scum

Don't hold your breath for a refund
Delivery was fine but the boots weren't a good fit. They were returned easily enough, but 15 days later, and no refund. They are now telling me I should wait 14 'working days' for a refund, which isn't stated on their website.
No refund as yet and I definitely wouldn't buy from them again. No wonder they don't use PayPal because PayPal would have the money back to me in no time. Overall, a bad experience.

Delivery fast
Delivery fast, products great, but refunds take absolutely ages. It’s unacceptable that your return (which is not free) takes a month to be credited after being received back with the company.

Fantastic red desert boots and great service.
Excellent service, very quickly delivered. I love these red desert boots, follow the advice and order a size smaller. I am a 6 and the 5 fitted perfectly, good quality, nice suede, and good sturdy crepe sole, just as a desert boot should be. I love them !
