Disaster.... so far.

I have the same problem - 840 Euros and no delivery. Every time you call the number they say they will call back but they never do. Anyway they do not ask for your order number which eventually made me suspicious. I am in England so I have no idea what to do next to get my money back. I just wish I had checked this site before I ordered anything...

Update: the company has contacted me since this review and says that they are going to deliver my order. They say they are genuine and under new management, but they certainly do not help themselves by not responding to calls/emails/requests for info over a long period after you've placed an order. I do not yet have confidence.

I will update this review again if I actually get my delivery!

Update. Avoid this company like the plague. See this website for many more terrible stories of lost money and stress.
