Ordered handover boxes in October told in November order under way but went to their premises after Christmas as phone number no longer works to be told they had gone , now had email to say gone in to liquidation

We have like others placed an order with designease in October and Julian and the sales team have ignored all emails and the phone number doesnt work
We have used this company before and had success hence the reason for the reorder.

We have used these guys for a number of years, but on our most recent order they went silent the moment the proforma was paid. Locals tell me they haven't been seen for weeks, and that several others have made enquires about unfulfilled - paid for - orders. Do not place an order! EDIT: I have now had confirmation that they have gone into liquidation. Liquidators are AMS Business Recovery, an Insolvency Practice based in Manchester

SCAM. BEWARE! We placed an order for new homes plot packs last October. They failed to meet the delivery deadline and are now unreachable. Checking online reviews it seems others have had this experience. Julian is friendly when taking your order and then unreachable. Please learn from our experience and avoid.

We initially placed an order for 100+ handover boxes and were impressed by Julian’s communication during the design phase. However, as soon as the invoice was paid, the service vanished.

We are now over three months into the process with no product in hand. Despite regular attempts to contact the company via email and phone, Julian has gone completely silent. They appear to use a VOIP service that makes it impossible to reach a human being once they have your money. We have been left significantly out of pocket and ignored. Avoid this company at all costs!

Our company has engaged Designease for property handover boxes over several years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently unsatisfactory.

Following payment, there is a complete absence of communication—no delivery updates, no proactive outreach, and no response despite repeated follow-ups.

On this occasion alone, we have chased for contact at least five times over several months without success.

This is not an isolated incident; it reflects a recurring pattern year after year. For any supplier, reliability and clear communication are fundamental, yet Designease has repeatedly failed to meet these basic standards.

Based on this ongoing experience, we cannot recommend their services and strongly advise prospective clients to consider alternative providers who prioritise customer service and accountability.

Update: We have had no communication since payment and after speaking with the lease of the address registered the place has been emptied out leaving many out of pocket by thousands, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was consistently poor, timelines were missed without proper updates, and overall professionalism was lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend or trust them for reliable service delivery.

We reached out to Designease on a very tight turn around for some custom packaging components. Where other suppliers were unable to accommodate such a short lead time Designease were able to assist and deliver.

Submitted for a quote back in September, chased up three times with them and they said they were "busy but rest assured we will get around to your quote" - three months and still waiting for even a quote,

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the outstanding services provided by Designease Ltd! As a satisfied client, I wholeheartedly give them a glowing 5-star review.

You enter communication with a 'bot' as seems to be industry practice, but with Julian the human side picks up very quickly. We got a high quality binder with bespoke printing on spine and cover. Price (we sought other quotes) was fair. We suspect that Julian worked over the Easter weekend to complete the order and get the consignment to Scotland in order to meet the deadline. We would certainly use Designease again.
