Exceptional and personal service
I contacted Designed In Dorset to purchase a face mask designed by From my Mother’s Garden. I spoke with Jim Chetwode who was charming and extremely helpful. The mask was dedpatched very quickly and efficiently. It was exactly as described and a beautiful piece of 2020 essential fashion!I will be purchasing from them again.

Fantastic Quality.
I recently ordered 2 face masks from Hayley @ Thomas Mae, via Designed in Dorset website. Approximately 3 days later, I received a very apologetic email from Hayley, explaining she had encountered a problem acquiring one of her materials. A few days later, I received my face masks, beautifully made & wrapped, together with another apology, plus an extra mask 😷.
I cannot speak highly enough of the standard of workmanship, & the measures she went to in providing such a great product. Many Thanks.
