Be careful
Ordered an ottoman bed from their website, got delivered a bed with different size parameters. They failed to notify ottoman beds come bigger in size. I was told later, that I had to realise that myself and that it was all my fault that I didn’t tell them specifically I had a limited space for the bed, even though I asked clearly for the measurements to be not bigger than the measurements of the bed I bought from their website.
Bed legs arrived different to what I ordered too. Basically, I ordered one product, but received something else.
Delivery people half assembled the bed, parts which didn’t fit in were left for us to finish.
As a result storage box has no bottom base, the lift up part has a screw sticking out, which keeps tearing up upholstery fabric (faux leather), legs are sticking out of the bed frame.
When I asked for them to fix the bed or refund, they disappeared on me.
