today in your store I encountered a tragic situation that you gave your employee permission to, I came to exchange purchased items and due to the mistake of your cashier and employee rikke you wanted to TAKE AWAY THE THINGS I PURCHASED IN THE STORE WITHOUT A REFUND BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE SAID THAT THE RECEIPTS DID NOT AGREE AND SHE HAD TO TAKE AWAY THE THINGS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, SHE DID NOT WANT TO REFUND ME, SHE CALLED THE SECURITY AND WANTED TO ROB ME IN YOUR STORE IN FRONT OF SECURITY, I WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU AND I REPORTED IT TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES INSTITUTION

Michelle has been friendly and helpful in her contact with me regarding my order. There were difficulties because Australia was not an option in your web shop. Despite the difficulties tracking my order and one item being sold out, I am happy with the end result because she deducted shipping costs.

I recently ordered a pair of pants as soon as I received your e-mail, but unfortunately, they were sold out! I purchased pants from your company before, both in Norway and through your website - love the fit.

Also, it would be great to have an option of English or Danish language. Many go to Scandinavia but not everyone has a Scandinavian husband to translate :) !
