Outstanding service.
I have a 3 piece Chesterfield sofa and matching armchair purchased from Designer Sofas 4U for use in my small flat. I wanted a harder foam insert for one position that I use on a constant basis. I approached customer services who, identified my needs, prepared an invoice, arranged payment and shipped the item all within 24 hours. Service doesn’t come any better these days where dismissive after sales service has become the norm especially for low cost items. Thanks to everybody, especially Samantha who has managed this matter in a prompt and highly efficient manner.

We ordered 2 Queen Anne Chesterfield chairs 3 weeks ago after visiting the showroom as I wanted to see them and sit on them not just from a photo website
From the moment we arrived we was greeted by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable about all the products she was very helpful and we purchased the chairs there and then
We didn't need delivery as we picked them up ourselves and im so happy with them they are beautiful and exactly what we wanted many many thanks and we will definitely recommend designersofa4U

The armchairs are decent quality and…
The armchairs are decent quality and impressive. The customer service was shocking The delivery driver insulted my husband and wouldn't deliver to the room that had already discussed with the customer service operator upon purchasing the two chairs to a value of nearly £900 including delivery.
I provided a written complaint and received a less than satisfactory response when issues were highlighted, and i was directed by the "aftercare manager", to the terms and conditions that had never been sent to me nor was i directed to any terms elsewhere at the time of purchase.
It is a shame that such a good quality product was let down by the quality of the delivery and customer service.
As this has left a bad taste, especially the "aftercare"and i use this term loosely, i will not be using this company going forward.

These terms and conditions are readily available on our website at all times, and no request was made during or after the purchase for a separate copy to be provided.
In relation to delivery, our policy—outlined within these terms—is in place to ensure the health and safety of our delivery team. Deliveries are made to the ground/first floor only unless a suitable lift is available. Furthermore, drivers are not permitted to remove PPE or footwear under any circumstances. These procedures are standard and non-negotiable.
We take any allegations regarding staff conduct seriously; however, we have found no evidence to support claims of inappropriate behaviour during the delivery.
We are confident that our team has acted in line with company policy and with full transparency throughout your purchase and aftercare process.

I recently bought furniture from Sofas 4U. I live in Portugal so I relied entirely on reviews I had read.
After several chats with them, mainly Kayleigh, I went ahead and ordered my furniture. It was no means straight forward because of my address. Kayleigh worked with me to organise delivery to a UK shipping address. The delivery from them to me in Portugal went without problems.
My furniture arrived on the 10th April. Obviously first time I saw it. I am absolutely delighted by the service provided by Sofas 4U. The quality of the furniture is excellent, meets all my expectations. Perfect. I will certainly buy again from Sofas 4U.
To avoid any doubt there was absolutely no problem with the delivery of my order. Sofas 4U offered to deliver my order to Portugal. It was my choice to arrange my own delivery by using a company I have used over many years.

Fabulous furnituret…
Excellent service and excellent quality. I love my new chair and would shop with the company again. Only one small negative, the delivery people, they were not helpful and didn’t “ care” and left us to get the furniture into the house ourselves!!

Good quality and good service at a great price
Good quality at a great price. Leather is soft and comfortable. The overall quality is impressive. The "medium" cushions are more firm than I expected. When I emailed an enquiry, Miss Ansharah responded a few minutes later saying they would soften up in time. No hesitation in recommending for product and service.
