Terrible service. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. We ordered an Alessi kettle on February 14th. Now we are in April and no delivery . We contacted them twice making it clear that we would like to cancel the order if they don’t see us receiving it in the near future, and they either said ‘within two weeks :) ‘ or ‘as soon as we get it from Italy :)’ We’ve now made the order elsewhere and cancelled our order from this rubbish company. Will not use them again.

First time customer, ordered because they offered the best price on the item I was looking for.
Ordered Wednesday night, shipment arrived Friday afternoon. That was a really pleasant surprise, I did not expect it here so fast.

My lamp is on the shelf already, looking amazing, and I'm looking forward to a future purchase with Designfund.

Some feedback on what could be improved:

- I never got confirmation that I have been signed up for the newsletter, even though I filled out my email address and confirmed. So it may be worth it looking into whether this automation is working :)

- While I did get order confirmation email, I did not get an email confirming my order was shipped. I found out it had been shipped only when I got a text message from Posten about it. An email confirming that an order has shipped is a good and reassuring step and should be in place.

Amazing service. Super quick. Price guarantee is not a scam and really works.

Delivery is being delayed again and again... waiting time: ~ 7 weeks

I would like to share with you my online purchase experience with Desighfund.dk. I wanted to buy two lamps from Umage collection called Asteria in antracit colour. As it supposed to be Christmas gift I really cared about delivery time. It was Friday, so I emailed them about the availability and some details and to my surprise, Designfund replied me really quick, don’t even know if it took 5 min. At that time I was informed that lamps are available and can be send on Monday. I was very happy about this information because another online shop cancelled my order after 10 days. Then on Monday, I wanted to make sure, and called them personally. I talked with very kind and professional sales person, which provided me in depth information and confirmed once again availability and I assured me that until the end of the week I’ll receive my products. I made an order through Designfund.dk. Then only waiting for the delivery remained. Tuesday, again shop positively surprised me, I received a message that my order is ready to pick up. It took only 24 hours for them to deliver my lapms (from the call to the message from GLS about the delivery). I was really glad about this information. Okay, but that’s not last what I want to share, finally today when I picked up the package I want to say that parcel was properly secured and well taped, moreover they filled up cardboard with air cushions to prevent any unwanted damages. My lamps came without any damages, everything as it should be. If you want to hear about Umage Asteria, I would just say they are absolutely stunning. As I’m very demanding person, which notice any imperfection, I can say that the quality is on the highest level.

Summarising, approach to the customer as well as delivery and service of Designfund.dk is just amazing. I would even say that it was one of my the best online shopping experience ever and going to definitely come back to them if I need any other lamps. Thus I strongly recommend and encourage all of you feedback readers to trust them and be satisfied with your purchase as I am now :)

As expected for an internet shop. You buy, they send the ordered goods without delay in the expected quality

In this last purchase I made, it took 6 days to confirm the payment. I almost bought the same products again, because I thought I didn't finish the transaction.
Luckly, the product (in the color I wanted)
got out of stock, so I didn't try again.
But that was the only bad experience I had with the site so far.
I bought other times, and it has always been a smooth transaction.
