Great logo design company! I honestly was a little skeptical at first and was hoping not to pick a scam company. DesignHours did some great logo designs. They communicated well and was very timely. Jack was our project designer and I enjoyed working with him.

Working with Design Hours was a great experience. I had them to an explainer video and am very pleased with the results. I had changes that were outside of the original scope and they went above and beyond. I would definitely work with them again. Such talent and a great design resource!

I used designhour.com to design my company‘s logo. The website was very simple to use, once it was assigned to Jack the project manager, the communication was very good and he always responded on time with any questions that I had.

I paid them $5,000.00 upfront to create a website from scratch for me. We didn't agree on the contract terms and they gave me wrong mock designs. I canceled and asked them for a refund 3 days after our disagreement about the website. They refused to refund my money to my credit card company and lied about the work they did. This company has no morals or ethics and are greedy. If anyone gets defrauded by any company, please file a complaint with the Federal trade commission at 877.382.4357. Sad...

I hade a fantastic experience, led by Jack Brown at DesignHours and resulting from outstanding design work by the design team. The challenge was significant because of the business name. Ultimately, they came up with an exceptional logo concept that is crisp, simple and captivating. It was all completed for a very reasonable cost.

A logo means so much! It represents your team or company. If you want it to reflect who you are and what you do, hire a logo designer!

If I could leave -5 stars I would! I asked them to create a website and logo for me. I decided to go with a different company for my website that was better suited for me (he was in the fitness industry as am I) but kept the logo because I liked it. However when I requested a refund, I did not get the full refund back! I purchased the service in July 2020 and I am STILL fighting to get a refund for the website at the time of this post in September 2020! Robert Jones in particular has been a nightmare to work with. He singularly has made this experience the worst I have ever had in my professional career. I paid $2600 UPFRONT in one payment yet he wrote down in an email he would need to split the payments of the refund over the course of 2 months?? What is that?!? This company is unprofessional, and not trustworthy. I may need to take them to small claims because they refuse to refund me the money that is due and the kicker is, he said all of this IN WRITING. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!

The worst ever!!! Negative stars. They don’t answer their phone and when they do they don’t acknowledge their company’s name or their name. I have to ask them if it’s the company to make sure I’m calling the right place. So unprofessional and they transfer you to different people and hung up on you. They give you broken promises and never deliver the service. I asked for a refund and they give me the run around 3 times. I ended up going through my bank and made a dispute. Stay away from these scammers!!!

If I could leave a negative number I would. Liars and Jack Brown is the biggest liar of all of them. They have the worst process don't waste your time. I paid them for my service one May 8th said would take about 60 hours still nothing. They make you email them then you dont even deal with the the actual person who is working on your project. He wont respond to you until days later RIDICULOUS
