This is a company of scammers! I had bought a PS5 console from them, the price was 6000 higher than the MRP, but the product was delivered with a crack in the corner of the console's removable panel. I Immediately notified the seller, they promised to fix it. Since then, all my calls have been ignored and neglected. The support chat does not reply. I strongly recommend NOT to deal with these frauds. As soon as you pay them - they get lost, no matter what kind of obligation they declared to their customers.

Genuine company. Ordered Iphone 14 2 days ago. Today it has arrived. I ordered black color and even the original case, Everything was as expected and they used BlueDart so it came fast and on time.

This company is extremely sketchy. First, taking a wild gamble with an underwater camera case for nearly double the retail value because it is the only place that has in stock. Then it takes nearly two weeks to arrive instead of 3-5 days. It took a week and a half for it to leave India. And now I am in the process of contacting them about a return and I am getting no response back. They are straight up ignoring me. I would recommend not shopping here even if you really feel like you have to to get an item that isn't in stock somewhere else. If it is in stock somewhere else, go there, not here. The vast majority of the "good reviews" are likely robots or the company itself.

V bad customer service. Sent me a 10 euro camera (valued by them on customs docs) when I paid nearly 200 euro. Hidden charges at customs too not quoted for. AVOID

Design Info Team is just Amazing. I bought Insta360 One X2 at a very less price, with a discount of more than 4000/- Rupees. They are selling genuine products at very good prices which I bet is not available at any other online store. Also, post order, they were constantly communicating the status to me either via whatsapp or Phone calls. The packaging was superb and the Order was sent very next day through Premium courier partner (FedEx). Keep up the good work guys ☺️👍🏻. So happy doing business with them.

There's no calling back when someone who knows what they're doing is there--they have experts who know their products and applications there at all times. I've never asked a question they don't have an answer for, and they are able to give well-informed and decisive advice. They have unusually good product availability during the pandemic. For customer service they always under promise and usually over deliver. I just received my much anticipated binoculars three days early with detailed tracking. The staff member I spoke to was spot on--they are perfect for what I need (and on back order everywhere else). As a repeat customer, I am delighted but not surprised. The item titles and pictures are nothing to do with what you are buying. If it says: Elinchrom-reflector-and-honeycomb-grid-set-t010990 and the picture show all of them. look again. The description says NO grid set!!!! bad advertising even if you mentioned it in the last line of the description. and guess what? they do not have the grid set to sell anyway!! I contacted them and told them how their poor advertisement caused me to buy this thinking it is a complete article. They said I will have to pay for delivery, customs, and tax if I want to return it back to India. I Will not do any business with them again. PS. something similar happened with the: elinchrom-rotalux-squarebox-100x100-39inche-t021000 Do not want to repeat me.

Ordered 80cm godox softbox from there when flipkart , amazon any site not delivering . got in 2 days from them . with complete accessories, carry bag and well packed . best thing they really selling in cheaper then other major marketplaces . totally happy order more thing in future
