Ordered Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 phone from Design Info website order number #183496 and my phones screen is not working, its only one month after my purchase. I dont think they are selling genuine products, phone box says Made in Vietnam for which warranty is not covered in India. I contacted Design Info via WhatsApp but no response. Think before you spend your money on these products later you might not be able to claim any warranty after it stops working.

I ordered a Fifine microphone from designinfo. Initially I wanted to order it from Amazon but the suppliers in run out of stock. Since I needed the mic urgently, I searched for it online and found the designinfo website. The price quoted was around 1000 rupees less than other sites including the FifineIndia website. I was quite sceptical at first, but after watching a few youtube reviews of the website, and because they offered a CoD option (with a relatively small online deposit), I decided to give the website a shot. I had placed the order on a Friday evening and had received the product by Sunday. Further the product is genuine. Therefore I am very happy with the service from designinfo.

Was a bit skeptical before buying my DJI Air 3. But they delivered it within 3 days. The packaging was excellent. Received a sealed box with no issue whatsoever.

I purchased Pixel 6 from Design Info, which was delivered today. Before purchase,I had enquired about product (whether the box is sealed and product new?). As per their response the product was supposed to be new in a sealed box. But, I have recieved, a refurbished/repaired old Pixel 6, on which finger print sensor is locked (possibly from previous user) and not working. No cable for charging in the box.
All in all, it is a fraudulent behaviour. I have asked for either full refund with return or replacement by a genuine new product, which they claimed. Also, for credit card payment, they charged a convenience fee of 1.5 % on purchase. Such misleading and fraudulent behaviour, is not acceptable.
Update: The design info person called me yesterday night and requested to withdraw this review, as they promised to take corrective measures. They accepted mistake on their part to claim sealed box (as per our WhatsApp conversation). However. They insisted on this being a new product. They gave link to repair pixel online. But it did not solve the problem. Today they arranged for return pick up and promised to send a new fully working replacement.
I am giving this feedback to show, their prompt action after publication of review. I would wait for replacement and update. Based on their remedial action, I would revise my review later.
AND FINALLY
I was given replacement (had to accept color change from Sage green to Black), which reached me 3 days back, gave initial jitters but working. I am not deleting the entire sequence of events for you to have proper perspective. My final review would read like this:
1. Lot of miscommunication on the part of customer care: I bought the product after discussion and being confirmed by customer care, it was sealed (as I could not make out from the listing). But it was open box, from which accessories like charging cable were removed (though in the picture shared on whatsapp, it was there). I would not have bought in first place, if sealed one was not promised. Opted for different color replacement, as I had lingering fear about their intention, and possible loss of money.
2. They are serious but possibly small group of people managing the business, leading to chaos. Definitely not a fraud, but not worth the hassle to make a purchase from.
WONT RECOMMEND UNLESS THEY MARKEDLY IMPROVE CUSTOMER CARE AND REFUND POLICY. YOU MAY BE HAPPY , IF TRANSACTION GOES WELL, BUT WILL LOSE SLEEP IF IT GOES AWRY. (BE Prepared FOR THE EVENTUALITY IF IT HAPPENS). NOT THE CASE WITH AMAZON/FLIPKART etc.

Recently purchased the Hohem iSteady M6 Kit Smartphone Gimbal Stabilizer.

Delivery by Bluedart was blazing fast. I had ordered the product on 15th May 2024 and it was delivered on 17th May 2024. Packaging was really good and it arrived intact without any damages. The Gimbal was a brand new sealed pack.

The Hohem iSteady M6 Kit is a wonderful gimbal for smartphones. The gimbal functions flawlessly and the AI tracking feature is excellent. Till today, I have not experienced any issues with the Gimbal or the Hohem Joy app. Its been a wonderful experience.

The staff of design info are polite and promptly respond to queries and doubts.
