I ordered one of the New LED light up…
I ordered one of the New LED light up signs with the new LED controller, arrived in the time suggested, beautifully designed and assembled. Had an issue with the controller, and a few hiccups along the way however Louise at DesignMyHouseNumber has been fantastic throughout the way and I cannot thank them enough for their support and help. Have recommended to friends and will definitely order another one from them should I ever need one!

Great Website
Great Website, very easy to select and customise my sign. Delivery was very prompt and I had no issues installing the sign. I went for one of the light up ones, everyone comments on how great it looks and the delivery drivers / taxi's love it as it shows up great in the dusk / darkness !

So pleased with the sign and house…
So pleased with the sign and house number. Very well made and quality is excellent.
In fact I have just placed an order for a replica one to go on our outside wall. The design code also means you don’t need to re-design it all over again.
Website very easy to use and would recommend this site to anyone.

We are very disappointed that you are not happy with your sign and hope that we can fix it for you.We don't really understand why it was not what you thought - the product is described very clearly on the website and your sign was manufactured exactly as you designed it.
We don't use 'plastic stickers' as you have described!
We have only 2 options to manufacture your chosen sign: 1) UV LED printing, or 2) High quality marine grade vinyl.
As the artwork is on the surface of a matt finish, the UV ink cannot be protected without affecting the matt finish, resulting in a life expectancy of less than 2 years. The vinyl that was applied will still be sharp and vibrant in ten years' time.
Your sign was the largest available and the price of the product is reflective of the size and cost of the materials and we work hard to keep our prices competitive.
If you are not happy with how your design looks on the sign we would be happy to recreate an alternative for you with a more appropriate font or colour choice.
