Everything.. desigual never fails to impress me. I only order online and I always get the size right!!!

I bought clothes from desigual through their oficial website one month ago. I live in Denmark. I have never get a message about picking it up and after some time I wondered what was going wrong...so I end up finding out myself that the pack apparently has been delivered. At the "tracking information" says it's in the picking point (a Silvan store) but it's not. It took about 2 weeks to get an answer from their supportmail. One week after theirs answer got I money back in my account. So, I will not buy from desigual through theirs website again as they don't have a good delivery system in Denmark, but at least they were correct and I got my money back.

I have no news from my order.
It is taking too long.

Just LOVE Desigual, the product was just perfect (and bought it with discounted price).

I placed an online order and it was taking a very long time. From the moment I reported the problem, they responded immediately and resolved the issue very quickly.

I gave this pullover many months ago back , and I did not receive the refund until yet. So sad!

Everything was on point and shipping was at the expected time,

Prices are fair when discounted , quality garments and out of the ordinary

They didn’t processed my refund and don’t reply to the e-mails. No customer service phone number. Avoid the buy online .

Customer service is non existent. I wanted to return the item, but the code they provide doesn't work with UPS (UPS needs a label). I have been trying to communicate with Desigual for over a week and only get the automatic feedback that they are working on my case. It seems I'm not the only one (I read other reviews).
Don't expect any help if something is wrong with your order. It's a pity, because I like their clothes, but I will not order from them again.

Short time of delivery. Material and design meets expectations. Lots of possibilities to use (backpack, handbag).

I would give 5 star because I love the clothing. But recently I had so much annoyance with dpd they use as delivery that I decided to leave lower review due to this just to catch company attention to perhaps switch delivery company or propose few options. I’m happy to switch review to 5 stars if any step will be taken. Thank you

Don’t bother ordering from them unless you’re prepared to wait for the order for 3 weeks, if it arrives at all!

Spent over £500 on items. When arrived, one item was missing. They ignored four emails, lucky paypal intervened. Then I returned several items snd they only refunded me 150- nearly 300 short. Again ignored me. Now I have to go back to paypal. Something untoward is clearly happening with this company

I have ordered 6 items from Desigual Greece online shop. One of the items - Asymmetrical slip dress, 169 euro - came with three holes in it. I sent an email to ask about returns, got automatic mail (We will reply to your request within 3-5 working days.), followed by another automatically generated reply few days later: "We’re continuing to work on your case 202605-01558573 to find the best solution.
We’ll get back to you as soon as we have any updates on it.
Thanks for your patience."
I recognized this reply from previous correspondence attempt, when the discount voucher they have shared was "already used".
I find this absolutely unacceptable, it damages the company image and surely makes me quite buying anything from Desigual in the future.

The money was taken, the delivery/order never arrived!!! In the "follow your delivery" status it still says "on the way...", this is nonsense! I want my money back or finally get the delivery!!!!

I have always loved their clothes, however, the lack of respect, regard and professionalism means I will no longer shop with them. Still trying to sort out an issue from January.
It's difficult to believe that this is a successful, well known brand.
