Mattress arrived YIPEEEEEE!!!!!

Mattress arrived YIPEEEEEE, quality is lovely. Never had a mattress in a box. When I unfolded it it expanded and is so comfortable. Although I had no tracking I was home for the delivery. Delivered via Hermes.
Was very sceptical with all the negative reviews so not sure what's happened there but I am happy and will definitely order another. Thank you Gemma for replying to my email also.
Thank you will order again

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! SCAM COMPANY!

I redeemed a deal through wowcher for a single matress, with a discount. All seemed ok, as i had done this with a double matress. I ordered the matress through wowcher, and was told all was fine and i would receive an email of confirmation. I never got this. I chased it up with the company name i was given ( desire beds ), and they said that they had received no order or payment; due to this, i contacted wowcher and asked if it had gone through for them, which they confirmed. I then went back to call desire beds to ask them what was going on, only to receive voicemail, and then i tried again, only to be cut off straight away. The money had been taken from my account adressed to desire beds, but they claimed they hadnt received it, which is clearly a lie. This company has multiple trading names from the same address which for a start is a red flag. All of the other reviews say around the same so take our advice and DONT BOTHER. Go to argos or wherever and purchase a matress you will actually receive. WASTE OF TIME!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! AVOID AVOID FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Bought an ‘EXTRA THICK’ (hahaha) double memory foam mattress from Wowcher via an offer from Desire Beds.

The mattress is extremely thin after a whole 24 hours inflation time! However, on Wowcher it genuinely looks like it is over 20 cm from the picture advertised.

Logged on the website to complain after opening the mattress and discovering the true reality, only to find it is advertised on Desire Beds website as 14 cm but the mattress in the picture on the company’s own website is not 14 cm either.

I have now started a return for which they want ME to take a picture with a measuring tape measuring its depth (lol) and all sides of the mattress to prove that I AM NOT A LIAR?!!! HOW RIDICULOUS!
And this is coming from the bare faced liars who have been advertising a different mattress online!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute joke of a company. Couriers got address wrong - tried delivering it, got rightly rejected and have had a nightmare chasing the parcel. The company would not reply to an email through wowcher requesting information over what's happening nor could wowcher reach them via phone, yet when I sent a complaint email about their receptionist and in turn service, they replied straight away justifying the disgusting behaviour of the receptionist (receptionist also said she was manager and conveniently there was no one else for me to speak to) - absolutely fobbed me off which is the same thing she did to my elderly mother-in-law!! If that's management no wonder there's such bad reviews for this company! Bad news travels faster than good news and I wonder if the CEO or company manager is aware how much business he's losing due to unhelpful employees! Eventually got a refund thank god I was protected by PayPal! Reviews for mattresses are awful and the customer service matches. Not in my 32 years of living have I encountered such an awful company. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & SANITY - get better service and products elsewhere!

Worst quality of mattresses you can buy!

Worst quality of mattresses you can find! They promise the best and most luxurious mattress, make a description that will certainly convince you but after 1 year you have to throw your mattress away. I bought one from them 1year and a half ago. 3000 pocket springs, memory foam layer, blabla.. everything you want in a mattress.. in the beginning it was ok, now its saggy, all sunken in the middle!! I called them and they said theres nothing they can do because the warranty is only for 1 year. Yes I was unlucky and easily convinced by the description and offer they had, will need to buy a new one now. Please dont make the same error!

Made me sick

Made me sick - literally - within a couple of days of sleeping on the mattress I started coughing, having a terrible sore throat and feeling totally drained and lethargic. I battled on as didn't realise at the time what was causing this illness. Symptoms were up and down untill i was so ill i had to take a week off work, visited 2 doctors who were baffled and even sent me for a chest x-ray.
Then it dawned on me that it could be the mattress so slept for a week in the spare room - started to feel better so to test my theory I went back in to the main bedroom and within 1 hour i was so ill I had to leave the room again. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but there must be some pretty nasty chemicals in there. DON'T RISK IT!!!!!

Tranquility 4000 Pocket Sprung Memory On Wowcher Avoid.

Tranquility 4000 Pocket Sprung Memory Foam Mattress on Wowcher say's nearly £1400 for £249 a king size plus postage trust me a £100 is to much for this mattress. Within 4 days there was a sink hole and the memory foam is just cheap and nasty, the company Desire beds also called midnight Dreams also called sleep people. This seller has more names than a phone book, they ask for pictures then ignore you and refuse to collect there junk so you can get your money back. Wowcher please they are just as bad and don't even reply to emails and there live chat is non existent.

Bought extra-thick memory foam mattress …

Bought extra-thick memory foam mattress from Desire Beds through Wowcher. Mattress picture was not the mattress I got or the one they say you will get on their website! Extra-thick? 14cm is the actual size and that is not a piece of information they make clear. Either way, it is not the same as the picture of their product. It is so thin you can feel the base underneath your hip. Cheap foam inside and really not worth the money. Will not buy anything from this company again
