This is a scam site. They offer discounted products and charge your card with nothing to send you. I used the shipping tracker tool on their site and it provided fake information that my items shipped months before I even placed the order. I chatted with support and they were seeking my credit card information again. Total scam.

Not recommended! Bad service SCAM. Place my ordered and charged my account but has not received any update on. Tried to call the customer service number and emailed them for updates but still no answer! Please do not hesitate to stay away. SCAM!

Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Pro as a download with MS license. The installation went fine; however, the registration attempt failed. Customer support is unresponsive. It looks like I was scammed.
The latest iteration of the website is selling refrigerants.

The activation code didn't work as it had already been issued to someone else and had reached its activations limit. Contacted them five times in two weeks and never heard back from them. Please don't waste your money with these thieves.

Typical fraud. I bought. A office 2024 key that can not be redeemed. It is probably already part of some organization so they sell you a lifetime key but key is not yours and product does not work.

Bought Windows 7 pro key. Did not work! No response to emails for a week and a half and counting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I had a little issue with my key. They quickly responded and we had the issue fixed in just a couple minutes.

Order Microsoft office and key did not work. Sent emails to support 3 days ago and have not heard from them. Phone number is no longer in service. Appears to be a total scam

Instant paid, then complete silence after 4 days of requesting information on my order still no replies to emails
still not replying to my emails.
I take every thing back, the support team were great and most helpful with a problem I had and persistence until the problem was solved

I bought a license for Office 2024.
After payment I get an email saying that I will receive an email when the order is ready. I have never received an email with the license in it. The money has been deducted from my account. I have written an email to them twice, and they have brilliantly not responded either time.
I have checked the SPAM filter. Nothing here.
Do not shop here. The probability of losing your money is high.

Please note this is not trusted site for Microsoft apps as supplier claim. - i Have been scammed £14. I lost my money , very angry feel like Court should hang them. I bought a software package from Deskcodes facebook. The activation of the code did not work as in the presentation. I received an activation code for Office 365 2024 1 PC only . For Windows 11. I haven't received and they don't respond to my emails anymore. Bad experience! To all Buy it from amazon. Much safer and secure. In past i did buy it from Amazon and had no issues.

Bought Microsoft Office 2019 two years ago. It stopped working because the Key is no longer valid. Deskcodes will not give me new Key. Do not buy from Deskcodes - they do not support their products.

If you want to waste your money and time, and need to get your blood pressure up, get your software from Deskcodes.

Horrible customer service out of Bangladesh; not even good English. After 2 weeks & multiple unanswered emails I still cannot get MS Office Pro Plus working properly on my laptop. Whatever I downloaded from their link is an “Unlicensed product.”

My time IS worth money. I wasted both. Won’t ever buy from them again, and will be contacting PayPal for refund.

The retailer has a terms and conditions clause that states that I can cancel an order within 1 hour of sale.:

"How can I cancel an order?
You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email xxxx and we’ll help find an alternative solution."

I requested the order to be cancelled because the retailer stated that the links are from Microsoft's own website. The links are just download links and do not directly link to Microsoft. A random file just starts downloading.
How do I know that it is coming from Microsoft? There is no way to be assured so. Additionally , i just wanted the Key Code, why do i have to download the software via a link provided by this company?

This is very misleading. Then I googled the Company and they are known to have "shady" business. I request a cancellation 3 times and i have yet to receive a reply OR see the funds refunded.

I reached out to PayPal for assistance.

I got a copy of Visio 2019, and it worked great! However, I noticed in the email that it said (paraphrasing) "if it shows the maximum users of this key are in use, activate via telephone and go to this website to get the Confirmation ID". Put in the key, said it reached the maximum user limit. I googled the key, no results. I think this is a shared key between all Deskcodes customers.
