Ease of application use.

Although my final review depends on if and when my departure flight actually departs on schedule and if not, how difficult it will be to communicate information with DestinaHolidays for contingencies.

The agent call and reconfirm the information before issuing the tickets. The trip summary is very clear.

Betty was very professional and patient with me. I had several issues credit card related which frustrated me and demonstrated Betty's patience. When necessary she contacted me by phone to assist and confirm.

The only thing that is a nuisance is on a multi sector flight, some flights are operated by another carrier which complicates seat and meal selection.

It was simple to book our flight. We received a confirmation phone call which was appreciated.

I booked my ticket last night and received an email asking me to justify my credit card with a photo, a document and proof of identity. I was told that by the time I replied, the price had increased by $250, although on the website I still had the same price for my trip. They were unable to confirm the price or the information. I cancelled my trip. NO CONFIDENCE AT ALL

Normally don’t go through travel agents but found these guys through sky scanner. The communication is prompt, a bit informal, but they are working for you and get the job done. You tell them what you want, and they make it work. If you really have a tricky itinerary, Destina is the place to go. Well done Sumair.

Smooth and easy booking. Quick confirmation

Easy, great price, great behaviour

Terrible company who does not stand behind the reservations they make. We booked business class flights from TPA - LGW. The return flight was cancelled by British Airways and Destina did not assist us to get back to TPA in business class. We eventually returned to TPA in economy class routing through Miami. We requested a refund for the unused business class ticket and Destina told us to contact the airline. I will never use the company again, and highly recommend that no-one else uses them too. They deserve to go out of business. Not only would British Airways not speak to me re a refund because I did not book directly with them but American Airlines charged me $50 to speak with them about the reservation. Nothing has been resolved.

Staff actively communicated with me - that's good! But the staff have too strong an accent, so it's not easy to follow what they say.

Easy to book and got a call confirming ticket purchases

Jaydan was absolutely amazing he followed-up with me and did everything he said he would to help me. He went above and beyond to provide the most excellent service. From now on I will be recommending Destina Holidays to friends and family because Jaydan was so wonderful. I will use them to book my trips in the future.
