Like other customers, I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying. The clothes are cheap and shoddy and not as photographed or described. They are shipped from China which had I known I would not have ordered. The returns process was expensive and despite constant e-mails and proof the goods have been received, still no refund. Do not buy from this site. Wouldn't even give them one star.

I ordered a Leather Tote bag from Destiny for my Wife for Christmas. believing I was dealing with a Swedish company I was expecting something of quality. Only to find the bag arrived from China, not leather as expected but a cheap shiny vinyl. I asked if I could return it, of which they eventually agreed, this was a task in itself with strict instructions! It also cost an extra £15 to return. I have written constantly since it's return requesting a refund and to date nothing. They are not the polished company they would lead you to believe, They will take your money for shoddy goods at inflated prices. Please think before you buy, read the reviews (I didn't) I would not recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
Like others I'm having to give one star in order to write a review.
I ordered 2 items in January 2025, the gilet wasn't great for the money but passable.
However, the so called cardigan, yolander, was very disappointing. It was so different from the original picture. Cheap polyester material with colour print only on one side. It was advertised as being reduced from £80 to £40, therefore you would expect something of certain quality.
Again, like others I thought was a company based in Sweden, turned out to be China. I've bought some good items from China in the past but DESTINY gives Chinese companies a bad reputation. I certainly will not be buying from China again.
I accepted a 25% refund to, in Mae's words, save the hassle of returning item to China. So I'm out if pocket by £30!!!

Ordered an item off the website, it arrived nearly 5 weeks after ordering. To which i found it had been shipped from China. It is poorly made and sizing is obvioulsy made up by some child! And sending back the parcel cost me xy&z and still not received my refund! Even though it has been returned And paypal have closed my case. And nobody can even reply to any emails

Only 1 star because I can’t select a minus score. DO NOT GIVE THIS SHAM COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED CASH! The clothing you receive will not resemble the items you ordered in any way, shape or form. I returned 2 items (approx £65 order total) as the items I received looked NOTHING like what I’d ordered and were, frankly, utter rubbish. I chose to return them for a refund. The parcel is stuck at Chinese customs because they’ve requested info which Destiny won’t pass on. Hence, no refund. AVOID THIS SHAM COMPANY.

Really poor quality items
Really poor quality items, undersized. Give impression they are European/western based but in back streets of China. It costs about £35-£40 to send back stuff too. Tried to offer me partial refund to be environmentally friendly but the clothes were so tacky that I would never have passed onto a friend. Very very cheap and passing off as expensive. Nothing like the photos on the website. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Sent stuff back on 25/1/25 and still no refund to date (13/2/25).

This company is a nonsense! Based in Sweden apparently; clothes are manufactured in China! They are rubbish; badly designed and cheap, synthetic materials! I also stupidly bought a bag & the handle broke! After many emails they refunded me a nominal figure like £10 for a bag which cost £25 and broke on initial use. Do not purchase from this company; the photos are great but frankly the products do not live up to the ‘hype’. Don’t be fooled by these charlatans! AVOID at all costs…

They deserve no points at all or a jail time for a fraud
They deserve -5 points. Bought items , spent £150 pounds for item advertised as heigh quality linen and cotton and received such rubbish that fit only for the bin. Paid with PalPal credit - they requested to sent back to the seller, who provided most probably dodgy address in Sweden- never arrived , it’s 3 month and PayPal closed the dispute in favour of the seller! I’m claiming on Royal Mail - though only a fraction of the price but blaming PayPal who allow this scum to persevere and providing them financial assistance.

I ordered three dresses of which one arrived and it was basically like a sack with no resemblance to the picture on their website and no label or washing instructions

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I didn't realise I was buying from China (I choose never to buy from China - for reasons I'm sure others will share). The jacket took ages to arrive and is horrible - cheap and nasty fabric, style and colour - not at all as it appeared or was described on the website. Now I want to return it, I find I have to PAY for postage to China! Avoid! Avoid! I will not return it, and waste more money, but will take it to a charity shop and hope that someone might find a use for it.

This company masquerades as Swedish but in fact is based in China. They sell overpriced, very poor quality clothes that do not match the images on their website.
You will probably want to send your garment back but you will have to do so to China at your own expense!

I thought I was buying from Sweden and…
I thought I was buying from Europe and legitimate Swedish company as the contact number on their web-site is Sweden. Took over two weeks to arrive but again I thought may be a delay from Sweden. When my two items - what were supposed to be an amazing quality cotton blouse and shorts arrived - alarm bell rang - all too late! Looked like typical kitch from China, Spent over £50 for two items of inferior quality, style, cut and finish. Also bad sizing! Thought no problem - will return right away and only then spotted RETURN ADDRESS IN CHINA!!!!! Waiting for a response - I want European address to return the goods as that is what they are showing on their website! I still hope for a positive finish and that I will get my money back.
