TERRIBLE customer services
TERRIBLE customer services, the original order was placed on November 8th and after some delays, it shipped with Canada Post, 2 days before delivery, Canada Post went on strike (if the order was shipped timely such a situation would not have occurred). I contacted the customer services department and was told that there was nothing they could do and that I should place a new order and return the original one when received. I agreed, and the issue was that I had a discount coupon on my first order that customer services Carla was unwilling to honor on the new order, after a dozen of messages she finally agreed to provide a coupon and honor the original discount. The new order was placed on 11/22 and up to now it has not shipped, even though their website says "We deliver on time with Canpar" and "Delivery time begins one business day after the order is placed". I have contacted the customer to complain about the late shipment and the answer from CS Carla was "Since we are processing a high volume of orders, there is a possibility of a slight delay. Rest assured, your order will be shipped soon!", I have explained to her that this a replacement order as Deux par Deux did not deliver the first one, and asked her to ensure that the order shipped today as I need to have it delivered by friday, and her answer was that if I wanted it delivered faster that I should have paid an extra 20 dollars, in other words, transfering the cost of Deux par Deux inability to fulfill theirs orders to the customer. If order is not delivered by Friday, I will need to puchase elsewhere and will return the order, on top of all that, I am now very concerned with the multiple complaints from customers in regards to the low quality of the product...
