The order took longer than I expected but when it arrived I was quite pleased with the quality of the dress and the fit.

Twice I have I bought two midi dresses in size M and got free shipping. The dresses are very cute and fit well. I’m 5’ 4” and 147 pounds. The fabrics are pretty and not too thin. I will wear one to a family wedding next week. I am eagerly awaiting two more orders. I may be addicted to their web site, because I look at the menu daily to see what’s new.

Defective. Inferior quality and workmanship. Not made in the US as advertised. They lied. Asked for refund. They offered my $15 back on my $90 purchase. Don't buy anything from them. They are dishonest. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

Everything was as advertised but the blue stripped midi dress was tight across the back. I am a large and ordered a large but it is tight. The other dress the green plant print side pocket is a perfect fit in large.
I think if I'd ordered an XL in the blue stripe it would be far too roomy in the skirt part

All their items look beautiful online. When you receive them (my order took 4 full weeks) they are made of the cheapest fabric you can imagine. They look nothing like the photos. Additionally, every item you get is clearly marked "made in China" although their ads state that the items are made in South Carolina. After four or five emails, I was able to get a reasonable refund. You would never purchase their things if you saw them in a store. Walmart has better quality. My advice: shop elsewhere.

I ordered two of the same dress in different colors planning to return the one I didn't like. Contacted Deuyo and was told I could get a refund of $7 and keep the dress. Really?

Such a great selection of dresses to choose from! Bought two - both returned. One because it didn't fit well at the bustline (I have very large breasts) and the other because the overlay "dress" was made strangely. It hung unevenly at the bottom and was, maybe, off-grain? the way it pulled. Will look for more and give Deuyo another try.

Company is a complete SCAM!!!! Not made in the USA, not shipped from the USA, no tracking info provided, not shipping info provided. Customer service was a joke! Don't order from this company! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

I called the customer service number 704-781-7312. The company is Deuyo. Someone called me back and it ended up being a scam. They were telling me to fill out a form to get a UPS label to send back the dress they were on my computer. They took over my computer and ordered merchandise with my credit card. The person on the other line said they would call me back later that day that’s when I realized it was a scam.

Received my order but it was a little to tight. Contacted customer service and they are shipping me the size I should have ordered. The products are amazing. Can't wait to get my correct size. You won't be sorry for paying a little bit more as the quality is there.

The only thing I didn’t care for was that the dresses were very wrinkled when opened. Was hesitant to press iron it. So hanging out hoping some of the wrinkles will work their way out

A month ago I ordered three dresses which were delivered approximately 2 weeks later. My problem was that I didn't like the "recycled" fabric they used to make the dresses. In the picture they looked like light weight summer clothes, but were not what I expected and wanted. I immediately explained my issue and asked to return the items and was informed that my claim wasn't acceptable for a return. Since the clothes came from Asia it is too costly to return things and they would give me a $15 credit on my $137 order. After a couple more pleas and being told "no"; I reluctantly accepted my bad experience with online shopping and gave the dresses away. I also told them I was going to post warning people not to order online where you are tempted by the convenience of "pajama shopping", but to buy local and help your local economy. I "gifted" the dresses Monday, after my final refusal from DEUYO. Yesterday I went to a local boutique and purchased three items that I could touch and try on and I bought them. It wasn't as convenient as shopping online, but I am now a satisfied customer. My advice to you is BUY LOCAL AND HELP YOUR LOCAL ECONOMY. I will never order clothes online again. Lesson learned!! I just received an email from Deuyo and now they are willing to accept my return. IMAGINE THAT.

Took a while to get and then items were too tight. Working to get the items exchanged. Customer service is quick to respond. Items are true to size but to get the loose flowing look in the pictures you need to go up a size. Waiting now on replacement items in XXL.
