I have had a pair of Phantom 1 speakers…

I have had a pair of Phantom 1 speakers for several years and can not keep them connected for more than 30 minutes. I called for tech support and they called back on Christmas at 8pm when I had a house full of guests. If you like to beat your head against a wall then get these speakers just don’t expect your very expensive investment to ever work. I have $6k worth of bricks.

Thanks to support provided by Devialet…

Thanks to support provided by Devialet support team I was able to update my phantom gold (premier I) from Spark to the new Devialet app and then add Arch. The process is made simple enough by Devialet however local conditions sometime require guidance, and success can require shifting from ios to android mobile environment (my case). The troubleshooting support was provided consistently over some days.

Great product Great support

It's a long time that I have Devialet Expert 140 PRO amplifier , I had the need to connect to my wifi net , the help center Devialet has supported me greatly! Very good product and help center!

Speaker Repair

My speaker was damaged after a power outage. I reached out to Devialet, who provided excellent and speedy customer service. My speaker was shipped from my home in the USA to Devialet’s workshop in France for repair. I was surprised to have it back just two weeks later. I’m very happy with the experience. Thank you, Nadia, for your help!

Dione experience

I purchased Dione as my first Devialet experience. My goodness - Dione sounds amazing and rich, looks magnificent and makes me smile every time I look at it.

I had some troubles pairing remote to the soundbar. Reached out to customer service and they got it sorted very quickly. So far Devialet is exceeding expectations on all fronts…. Phantoms next?!? :)

Very poor Phantom Upgrade program and…

Very poor Phantom Upgrade program and customer service. They have no empathy towards loss of life and individual consumer needs. Very narrow minded and one shoe fits all customer service. The upgrade program does not allow you to trade a phantom 1 for a phantom 2 or any other product (even a sealed box). Consumer needs do change over time and their programs should evolve more to match consumer needs. DO NOT buy from this company. In the end you will have a laughable product that is worth nothing. The joke is on you if you buy their products.

Great Company DEVIALET But be warned about one of there outlets "The Lost Recordings" I bought an LP Sarah Vaughen Direct from Fondamenta paid £200 and it TRULY is the Worst Dispicable Pressing i have EVER had sent to Me When I complained they sent a FRENCH postage stamp for return
STAY well away FROM THESE LPs more SURFACE noise than a HOVER CRAFT !!!!!!!!

Overall very pleased with Devialet’s…

Overall very pleased with Devialet’s customer service. Friendly, courteous and patient. Replacement of a cosmetically damaged Phantom (upon arrival) was seamless and took approx 3wks. When it comes to tech issues I’d suggest to be prepared for extended dialogue to trouble shoot the cause. In my case the issue was with wireless networked audio playback. Though I solved this issue that best served my installation via hard wiring, the intermittent dropout issue via wireless does exist. I hope it will be solved via a firmware update. Thank you.

I had a technical issue with my device…

I had a technical issue with my device in a month and half ago. Communicated with 2 customer service agents on the phone and acknowledged the hardware issue and device is still under warranty, I lost my invoice and visited harbour city store searching my record. All staffs provide great customer service during business hours. He handled my request professionally by contacting back office to recover my record. I had my device exchange within 3 weeks and works well now.

Devialet Expert 250 Pro

The Devialet Expert Pro 250 is without question the finest sounding playback setup I've heard to date. I'm amazed the overall quality of sound provided by the D 250 Pro. Easily one of the most natural sounding playback setup available at any price. The user will be taken aback just how good their existing speakers can sound with the 250 Pro.

Strongly recommended for audition.
