DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. I purchased a phone from Devicegiant on eBay, which showed that it was unlocked, eBay refurbished certified, which is supposed to go through testing, and in very good condition. We received a locked phone. When I contacted them to send the actual phone we purchased because the one they sent was locked, they said I would need to return it and wait for a refund. We needed a phone immediately because my boyfriend has an ill mother and she needs to be able to reach them. Now, we have to wait who knows how long to receive a refund because they still haven't sent the return label in days.
I believe the other reviews that state the phone they received are blacklisted or stolen, because they didn't even offer to unlock the phone they sent.
This company is shady, has poor business ethics, and does not test the merchandise like they claim.
If you buy from them, you will end up with a phone you can't use! RUN!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I purchased a phone and it started to have issues within the first 30 days. I contacted them and they sent a return label. I was sick and unable to bring it to the post office. When I got around to restoring it to factory settings, it crashed and they said since it was after 30 days at this point (a couple days after since I was sick) then they won’t cover it or do anything about it so I am out almost $400!!

Device Giant sells used phones that are not free and clear to sell.

I purchased a used phone from Device Giant in 2023. In 2024 it was discovered by my cell phone provider there was a hold on my phone because a balance was owed on it by the original owner. I reached out to Device Giant (and Amazon) to make this right. I wanted either a free and clear phone or a refund. Neither seller would. Amazon confirmed I am not the first customer with this complaint. When asked why Amazon allows Device Giant to sell fraudulently on their site, the response was, "I don't have an answer to that."
