I bought a beautiful gothic coat from DevilByNight over the Christmas period, and had an excellent experience. The coat itself was beautiful, and the measurement charts on the website when purchasing were very detailed and helpful. Despite being in the busy Christmas period, the package arrived in perfect time without delays, and I was given frequent, accurate updates on the shipping and delivery, which was very helpful. Communication with the seller was easy and they were very polite and pleasant, and made sure that my package had arrived safely which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend, especially for gothic and alternative clothes!!!

Really good website for finding alternative clothes at a decent price in AUD. The website itself can be a bit tough to navigate but overall I had a pleasant experience buying from them. I will purchase from them again in the future.

So I ordered a couple of items that I was then told were out of stock and I requested a refund, the order was placed on 03/12, they said the refund would be 5-7 days, I have messaged a few times since and keep being told the same thing, I am going to be raising a paypal dispute now as they have stopped replying to me after a nearly a month of requesting it. Ridiculous, happy to take the money but will do anything but give it back.

SUPER fast delivery, clothing items are high quality, they're a bit pricey but still the best price compared to other websites selling the same items, and accurate size charts.

When we decided to buy a Lolita coat for our daughter, we found that there was nothing on the market for her size. So we came across the website Devilnight.co.uk. It was scary to order, it is much more convenient to buy something in a store after trying it on, but this company offers custom-made coats in the customer's sizes. The order was made much earlier than indicated on the website and a week later the coat arrived in the UK. The coat is unrealistically beautiful and fits our daughter like a glove. Very beautiful, she looks like a princess from a fairy tale. Very good material. The customer service is simply amazing. Can I recommend this business? Definitely yes. Thank you very much. You make people happy.

For UK customers avoid this company, they have a UK facing website but are NOT a UK traded company. They do NOT offer returns and will spin you round in circles on their customer support. I would say the quality of the items is fairly good, so if you are confident you will keep the item it is okay.

Ordered from the States and was worried about the shipping time but I received my package quickly and am absolutely in love. I ordered a steampunk dress for New Year's Eve and I am in love. It's georgous!

Good quality! Arrived on time and team was nice and fast.

Fast dispatch, shipping was fast, untill it actually arrived in the UK and was with Yodel.
There were issues with Yodel, but DevilNight were great at communication with me and also chased Yodel too.

Item fit well and was true to the size chart sizing and looks so beautiful.

Delivery was faster than expected. A great little gothic web store, one to keep in your bookmarks. Also, Devil Night often retains stock of items which are out of stock everywhere else! Highly recommended

The item only seems similar to the product on their website. Deceiving UK domain, item took over 2 weeks to arrive and a total nightmare if you want to return. It is not straightforward, there will be emails back and forth before coming to an agreement (!!!) and you'll then have to fork the high cost of sending it back to China. I should have checked the 1 star reviews, it's a repeating pattern. Absolutely to avoid!
