They sold me a laptop that broke (GPU fault) a few months after I received it. After a couple months' wait, they returned it working normally, but it a broke again within a month or two. This cycle repeated a total of four times until the warranty expired, at which point they washed their hands of me.
Clearly, the original design of the laptop was flawed, and they should have refunded me the full price after the second or third time it broke, but they opted to minimise their costs rather than do right by me. They were also incredibly rude and slow to respond at every point.
