We’ve had a very positive experience with DeVOL. Their design work is meticulous, their attention to detail is outstanding, and their communication has been excellent throughout. We've just had our kitchen fitted, and one of the main fitters, Sean, delivered exceptional craftsmanship. He was also incredibly flexible, adapting certain fittings to help make the most of our space and ensure everything looked perfect. Nothing felt too much for him to do which completed that positive experience.

We have had a fantastic experience with deVOL from end to end, from walking into the shop to the final bill. They have been incredibly helpful, organized and fast with their responses. The customer experience is 5*.
There was no hard selling, just great advice. We did a lot of research before choosing a company (it is a big investment) and we are so glad we went with deVOL, the experience have been faultless and seamless. From working with their highly talented design team (Millie), to the incredibly organised and efficient Project Management team (Katy and Molly) to the great teams installing it (Sean et al) we cannot thank you enough. It was a fantastic and - easy experiene despite the fact that this is a very complex undertaking getting everything right from the beginning to the end. You did it. Amazing work!! And we absolutely adore our kitchen - it looks stunning - classic, elegant, understated and just gorgeous! THANK YOU! We' ll be back .. have a boot room to do :)

I had several large and complicated orders, and Chloe was available at every turn to answer all of my questions and to make the experience a fabulous one. She was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and expedient - I am so grateful. Can’t wait to see all of this in our new home.

I’ve been dealing with Chloe in an attempt to coordinate the delivery of some deVOL accessories to my hotel while I’m in London for work trips. Chloe has been extremely helpful making sure my order was shipped in an expedient manner and it arrived within 24 hours.

Edit in response to reply - my husband resolved the sink issue, so nothing further required, thanks. With regard to the tap, I’m aware that it is made by Perrin & Rowe, yes. In fact this has been mentioned repeatedly since I complained and I’m unsure why; perhaps this is an attempt to absolve DeVol of responsibility for the quality of the product? Anyhow, if it is designed to work in low pressure areas, this really ought to be mentioned in the product description, because it’s borderline unusable when water pressure is decent.

We’ve been fans from afar of the DeVol brand for quite some time, ordering the look books, following on Instagram and watching the “Love of Kitchens” show, having a DeVol kitchen was a long term goal of ours, as we felt an alignment of values.
In the short term, we saved for various DeVol items - paint, sink, taps, brassware etc to help with our renovation. We have been so disappointed with our purchases (aside from the paint, can’t speak yet of longevity, but based on application and finish, the paint is truly excellent).
The Double Fluted Belfast sink was a real splurge for us, but justified as a centre piece. Whilst it does look great, there were issues with the bolt and the overflow fitment. We were offered a replacement but cabinetry had already been cut to size, and when we measured the sink it didn’t match exactly the measurements on the website. Since this one was outside of the stated tolerance, we were almost certain a replacement from a different batch would not fit, so my husband had to 3D print a part to rectify the issues. Lucky for us that he has that skill set, because redoing the cabinetry would have been costly.
We were given a part refund but would not have expected the issue in the first place, or for the sink to measure differently, and it took time to resolve.
More disappointing was the DeVol aged brass Ionian tap, which again, looks great, but behaves like a cheap garden tap rather than a £560 kitchen one. Every tap in our house (and garden!) has a nicer flow than this one, so we assumed there was a fault again. However, we have been told that this is expected, and to resolve we would need to pay another £150 (plus £8.50 postage!) for a replacement spout. I really cannot believe a tap which sprays the user and the surrounding area each time, is being sold at this price point. We feel like we’re being forced into an upsell at this point as it’s just so bad.
Having had quality issues on both of these products, our perception of the brand has completely changed.

I've had a deVOL kitchen for almost 5 years and the quality and service is excellent.
It was installed in 2020 and recently I needed a few snags rectified. They arranged kitchen fitters to come out very promptly and without quibble. I would recommend deVOL to anyone looking for a top quality kitchen.

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen, the quality and workmanship are superb and it looks absolutely beautiful. Completely exceeded expectation. Everyone at Devol was great, really helpful, especially when anything needed sorting out. The only aspect that could have made the process even more seamless was if Devol had visited our house. As our own carpenter fitted the kitchen, we had to provide the measurements etc and as it's an old rambling farmhouse communicating the rooms, nooks and changing levels took a few goes - but the results are fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend the company. Our thanks in particular to Emily, Liberty, Chelsea and Michael.

DeVol has been a fantastic company to work with, from the design team, through production, customer services and delivery team. Everyone has been helpful, professional and cheerful every step of the way, and we now have the most beautiful kitchen and utility room. Everything is created with so much thought and attention to detail.
In particular, the designer we worked with, Hannah, has gone above and beyond to support us and offer us new and innovative ideas. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has put up with all our questions and last minute changes so patiently. It’s been enormously fun working with her, and we’re really enjoying the little Hannah isms that we see everywhere.
We’re so happy, and would definitely recommend.

Our DeVol furniture was fitted in Switzerland. The whole process from planning to shipping was seamless. DeVol anticipated shipping and import tax costs and also provided detailed assembly guidelines and on site support for our local fitters.
Our designer, Josie, made planning an absolute joy. Thoughtful, stylish and patient… everything you could wish for from a designer. The beautiful craftsmanship that went into making the kitchen is evident in every detail. The patience and support of the whole team through out were hugely appreciated.

Over the last year we have purchased lots of different bits for our kitchen including the gorgeous Heirloom Gaselier light, the exquisite Ionian tap and plenty of knobs, light switches, and power sockets etc. We are completely over the moon with the quality of the pieces. They have made our shaker kitchen exactly how we had dreamed. We get so many positive comments from people who visit the house.

What has made the deVOL experience so much more special is the exceptional customer service we have received from Libby. She guided us from start to finish with our orders ensuring we received exactly what we wanted. She went out of her way to ensure our knobs matched and even arranged to have some swapped to a more similar shade. Nothing has been too much trouble. Her after sales support has been so much appreciated when I recently needed some advice regarding cleaning our tap (thanks again Libby!!!). She is such a valuable part of deVOL and has meant that the whole experience has been perfect. Thank you Libby and thank you deVOL for helping us achieve our dream kitchen.

I don't know how you can fault DeVol. Wonderful experience throughout and amazing finished product. Do not hesitate!

I recently dipped my first toes into the world of deVol .. I’ve had their stuff in my kichen and hardware porn files for a long time now .. but recently purchased some light switches , heirloom brass and hope to follow up soon with some light fittings .. kitchen would be great but all the more difficult now in France .. but it is possible !

Anyway back to my purchase .. didn’t go 100% as one of the items didn’t arrive as expected but made contact with the very very helpful Liberty who has been a dream advocate for anyone wanting to understand how to handle customer service and after sales and made the whole process so effortless. Now In possession of the replacement and now considering the next purchase .. but renovations first ! Thank you

Not only the most beautiful products but the best customer service. They went out of their way to help me when I discovered a crack in the marble of my washstand 4 months after it was delivered as I unwrapped it from its box following a delayed build.
I fully expected to get told that it was too late and there was nothing they could do but I was (very) pleasantly surprised. They rallied around and delivered a new marble top to me in 3 days, thus not holding up an already lagging build! It was the positivity and helpfulness I needed when the build was getting to that stage! Thank you to the team. When I look at the washstand it will forever make me happy 😊

deVol provided excellent customer service for my kitchen project from planning (including ensuring their inset doors could withstand Hawaiian tropical climate) to post shipment questions and support. The entire team was super responsive, helpful and professional. Their kitchen cabinets are beautiful, of top quality and materials and arrived from long ocean journey very well packaged and protected.
