Taylor and Ethan just brought me a new fridge and did a splendid job of getting it into the back corner of my galley kitchen, not an easy task. They were personable, capable, and really good guys.
I love buying my appliances at Dewaard and Bode's. My salesman, David I., was really helpful as well and found me just what I needed. And two days later, it was installed. Could not be happier with the wonderful service.

We have had the best experience working with Kevin - He has streamlined our purchasing process, he has gone out of his way to make sure we knew the status of all our orders, even if it was after hours. The delivery crew has been outstanding.
Kevin is a fabulous representation of DeWaard & Bode and all they have to offer.

We have purchased three big ticket items from DeWaard and Bode (over $25K) located in Bellingham Washington. All three items have had major Issues that required multiple trips to fix each one. The last one, a Kitchen Aid over-range microwave/convection oven, stopped functioning all together. We use it daily. A technician came to our home on December 4th and could not fix it and had to order a new primary circuit board. Since then, we have heard nothing. We called them yesterday and no one ever called back. We went to the store today and in simple terms they said “tough luck” we won’t do anything. The part is back-ordered and there’s no estimated availability date. Christmas is upon us. We need it working or we will be facing serious problems preparing for our family get together. DeWaard and Bode does not care bout that. We will never buy from them again and recommend you do not do so as well.

The two Gentlemen, Jacob and Nate K. made the delivery of our new refrigerator a very stressless affair. They were a little early, but we were ready, and they proceeded to do prep work in their truck as we
finalized the cleanout of our old refrigerator. Both Jacob and Nate have great people skills, which, has become a rare trait in the business world. They also worked well together maneuvering the old fridge and
bringing in the replacement and setting it up.
DeWaard and Bode are lucky to have such great young people on their payroll.
A side note. Although this part of our order was done well, we were sent the wrong model as it did not have the inside water dispenser.

I was shopping for new appliances for my kitchen and I mentioned I needed a new washer and dryer. Jeff K was helping me and showed me the LG Thin Q. I told him I swore I would never buy a front loader again. He said this was the set he has and he gave me some pointers on how to use it. So I brought the set. It was delivered and set up. I love this machine. It washes my big comforter with ease. The dryer does its job very well also.
I highly recommend shopping at DeWaard and Bode. Jeff K was very knowledgeable about their products! I’m a very happy customer!!

Bruce and Kyle were very knowledgeable and helpful in our house build. We really felt comfortable with their suggestions and any issues that came up (and there were a few) were dealt with quickly and easily. We made a great choice going with DeWaard & Bode

Personal service, good price, great product selection.

Sales team seems knowledgeable and the person scheduling repairs is very courteous. Unfortunately, we've had issues with nearly all the appliances purchased. Our new washing machine is horribly unbalanced and loud and three visits from the repair person hasn't resolved it. Compressor went out on LG fridge and all our food spoiled. Most recently, the sump on our Kitchen Aid dishwasher leaked and caused water damage and it took five weeks before it was repaired. Incidentally, the dishwasher wasn't even the one we ordered - they delivered and installed the wrong one but we decided to keep it. Ugh!

We went into DeWaard & Bode for the first time to purchase a chest freezer. We were helped right away, the freezer we wanted was on sale and in stock so we took it home that day! Because of the sale they were having, we were back that week to pick out a fridge. We paid for delivery and taking away our old fridge. They had delivery times that weekend and were prompt, quick, and clean. Delivery people wore masks and were helpful with unhooking our old fridge and making sure the water line was securely turned off (since we won't be using it for the new fridge.) Excellent experience all around and we will definitely go back for our next appliance purchase!

We've been doing business with DeWaard & Bode for 20+ years. During that time we have purchased multiple appliances for several homes and always with every purchase or service call they have always exceeded our expectations. When in the market for something new, we highly recommend Jeff Kok. His knowledge and professional handling of our transactions where always top priority with excellent service.

I have been buying appliances here for 30 years. They have all the brands and are knowledgeable about their features. A bonus is that the sales people are professional and friendly. They don't rush you, which is a plus.

David Ihlan and DeWaard and Bode were recommended to us by friends who replaced their whole kitchen. David understood the issues that Point Roberts folks have and took it on with relish. We were extremely satisfied with our appliances. However, we think the stove may be smarter than us. We are getting through it - it took us 45 min. to figure how to cook a frozen pizza the first time we used it. I have referred another friend to David and I believe she has purchased 2 appliances through David.

We were helped by Jeff and again we’re happy with the sales service and total experience.

We have bought all our appliances from DeWaard & Bode for decades. The service is outstanding. These are appliance professionals who are very knowledgeable. They really take their time to discover what your needs are and to help you find just the right appliance. Their prices are great and they are local!

My recent purchase of a washer and dryer was easy breezy from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and called the sales person, Bruce who was professional and courteous and answered all my questions and followed through each time I had a request.

Both of the delivery men were friendly, safety oriented, careful and informative.

We now have a great mattress. All went well. Making a choice was the toughest part with all those available in store and online. We bought our last mattress from DeWaard & Bode ten years ago and we came back for a replacement. The salesman and delivery folks were all very nice.

Normally I would give them a 5 but we had a different sales person and he didn't really try to help us or answer our questions. We had a question the day after our dryer was delivered and left a voice mail for him. He never called back. Next time we will just make sure we go back to the store on a day our regular sales person is there.

THIS WAS THE MOST PAINLESS THING I HAVE BOUGHT OVER THE PHONE. EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT RIGHT DOWN TO THE DELIVERY AND PICK UP. I SEARCHED THE WEBSITE FOR THE MODEL I WANTED AND THEN CALLED TO ORDER AND PAYMENT WAS MADE, DELIVERY WAS SET UP AND DONE AND DONE.
