fast great swift service. Love it
Everything is so prompt. I love the service. Finally found a place to buy my amaranth online. But wish to have more description of product. I tried the Eko brand amaranth and it is very different from De Halm. It is difficult to tell though. WIsh for some ways to find out. Also hope they will have quakers grits (griels) some day.

heel slecht!!!
I placed an order on 25 august 2011 and delivery date was only on 13 september 2011!!!
I had to call and send emails to keep myself updated if my fully paid products will be delivered.
They did not update their website to inform customers about productions schedule.
Now I have to keep an eye to check that no double deductions will to be made from my bank account.
I will not be a returning customer!!!

Unfortunately the product was out of stock by our supplier. We give you an phonecall that the product was out of stock and we agreed a shipping on 14th of september, because on that date the product was on stock again. On 12th of september we reiceved your email and on that date we where able to ship your order because it was on stock again.
Sorry for the delay, but we also offer other options.
No worries for the payments, because we dont't have any bankdetails of you. And we don't charge you anything. You make the payment by yourself.

TERRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
after a week that the order was requested (even though your selling point is next day delivery) I had to call and ask where my delivery is. I was told the delivery address was incorrect. (WHICH IS NOT THE CASE! delivery address of the company was correct). I accepted the comment and requested the order to be delivered to an another address. a week after this nothing was delivered yet and had to call back again checking what went wrong.
the person I spoke to could not locate my package (even though it was claimed to be delivered with DHL no tracking # ???) and he did not say that he will look for it but he instanlty said that he will return my money back (easy way out) ! this is not what I wanted at the 1st place. when I commented that the customer service is not good, the answer I got was "WELL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM US AGAIN!" this is not a customer oriented attitude!
i got my money back but I am terribly dissapointed from the treatment I got even though I had to look for my things 4 times.... This is the worst thing you can do for your companys reputation!
Lastly I once more express my utter dissapointement!

I am sorry that the package wasn't delivered on your given adress, but the given adress was wrong. After the wrong adress we returning the package to us and want to ship it to another adres from you. The waiting time for you was to long and that's why we send your money back. That is what you want, you didn't want to wait for the package that was on his way back yo us. Because you gave us a wrong adress you didn't receive your order in a normal time. Normal we deliver in 1 or 2 days.
