Avoid Stelo at all costs!

Bought the Stelo. As other commenters mentioned, there is no customer service representative to speak with, if you have any issues it's completely up to you and the chat bot. I even called Dexcom and got a human to speak with and they quickly told me they can't handle any issues with Stelo and hung up the phone.

My sensor crapped out after 6 days, well before the quoted 14 days. The bot had me fill out a sensor replacement form not once... not twice... but three times! And then... said it's not eligible for a replacement. Seriously? I will recommending everyone of my patients AGAINST Stelo. The worst "customer service" I have ever received.

Stelo Glucose Biosensor System

Recently, I ordered through Stelo.com. Within five minutes, I changed my mind and tried to cancel it through their website. Regrettably, there is no customer service to assist me, nor is there an automated stelobot instance Messager. According to the website, patients have the option to cancel within 60 minutes. Finally, I was forced to buy the product. Before purchasing this product, please think twice. Going forward, I will not recommend this to my friends. Please share this message with your friends and don't consider this product.

Seem the answering service can’t get my…

Seem the answering service can’t get my name correct. With each person I give my first and last name. Then I am call Mr. and my first name. Happened every time I call. The heating company has been out now several times and can’t fix the system they installed four months ago. The answering service seems to be passive aggressive. Might not use this company as the would give your company that hired them a bad impression. I had thought they were employees of the heating company annoyed because they couldn’t fix the system they put in. Might not hire Dexcomm.
