Very impressed with the helpfulness and the professionalism of the staff at the Lincoln central Dexel branch and the cost for service and mot was reasonable. Very pleased with them.

Absolutely brilliant service. Genuine, friendly and completely honest from start to finish. I moved here in 2022 and won't take my car anywhere else. It’s refreshing to find a place that doesn’t try to take advantage or push unnecessary work. They explain everything clearly, only do what actually needs doing, and you can tell they take real pride in being trustworthy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now — highly recommended.

No problems at all with this company. The car was booked in, the MOT was done on time, the mechanics were friendly, the waiting room was comfortable and clean with free tea or coffee and more importantly - the car passed it's test with only a small fault found which was rectified by the mechanic. "Nowt to complain about", from a Yorkshire man.

Been using Dexel a few years, I feel confident taking my car to them for service and MOT. I have never have a felt overcharged or told exaggerated claims of repairs, and my car is running smooth and quiet after a lot of work on the rear brakes, something that has plagued my car for many many months finally feels and sounds perfect.

I managed to get booked in at short notice. MOT/Service completed and car was ready to collect at 1pm.

I had a fantastic experience at Dexel Tyre & Auto Centre Worksop today. I ordered a tyre and had it fitted, and at the same time they carried out a wheel alignment.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The team provided excellent customer service — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options and gave honest recommendations without any pressure.

The wheel alignment fixed the issue I was having, and the car now drives perfectly. Everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard.

I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tyre and auto services.

I had a nail in my tyre today and I called at the frechville branch who was so rude and just simply did not want to help me. I then contacted the staniforth road branch on the phone and spoke to a lovely gentleman call Matt who went above and beyond to help me, fixed the tyre and I was on my way. Very happy customer after a stressful day. Thankyou so much

Good service

I have used Dexel Tyres in Gainsborough for years and the service has always been excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly and the quality of the work has always been excellent. They do not try to load you up with 'extras' and give honest advice about what your vehicle needs. I am happy to recommend them for MOT and Services.
