Dexpress is an absolute disaster of a delivery service. Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent. Packages are “out for delivery” for days with no delivery, no calls, and no explanations. Customer support is useless — they either don’t respond or give meaningless copy-paste answers with zero accountability. Or just leave their lines open and you cant get them. I called for two days straight and the line was busy all the time.
There is no tracking accuracy, no communication, and no respect for customers’ time. Couriers don’t call, don’t show up, and somehow it’s always “not their fault.” This is hands down one of the worst package delivery services I’ve ever used.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER use Dexpress. If your package matters at all, choose literally any other courier. Using Dexpress is a guaranteed way to waste time, lose packages, and destroy your nerves.
Absolutely the worst company ever
Absolutely the worst company ever. Package was supposed to be 1 day delivery and we've been waiting for over a week, the tracking just states that it has been handed off to the courier on the day it was sent and no updates since then, and the package is in the same city as its destination.
Customer service is non-existent, you can call them all day, if the line isn't busy you'll get the machine operator and they'll put you on hold for a few minutes after which the call will just drop.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I waited a long time for my package and never received it. Communication is almost impossible, and when you do manage to reach someone, the support is unhelpful. Answers you will receive are: "We apologize, we understand you." But your problem is never solved.
In the future, if I see that a seller uses this delivery service, I simply won’t place an order. I’ve never had issues like this with any other courier. My experience with DExpress was exceptionally disappointing, and I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
Dexpress is not a fast delivery service -They are not able to deliver within 7 days in Belgrade.
Dexpress is not a fast mail service, because if it were, the packages would not be waiting in the warehouse for 7 or more days to be delivered. No one answers the email for complaints, the chat on the website is generic/AI from which you do not get any specific information, the phone is constantly busy and when you do get them they have to check everything before they call back and of course they never call back.
It is in vain that they have 800 vehicles and 1200 employees, because they are unprofessional and the information they claim to deliver 65000 packages a day is obviously not relevant.

This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, they didn’t show up on time to pick up the package. The sender called on Friday and nobody came. The sender called again on Monday (Dec 1st) to change the delivery address because I was going to be at the office. Only then did someone finally come to pick up the package, which was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday at 12, marked as urgent.
Instead, the package sat at the sender’s location for two full days, not moving at all. It finally reached my city on Dec 3rd, yet still wasn’t delivered. I even transferred it to a packetomat to make things easier, and to make sure I receive it near my home, because I was not going to be at the office during the remaining days of the week, but as of Dec 4th, it still hasn’t arrived. The call center’s only explanation is that “the wait is long”, seriously? Five days for a domestic delivery?
The entire experience has been terrible: delays, zero accountability, rude customer service, and unprofessional delivery staff stating they "Did not WANT to come on Friday?". I will avoid using Dexpress again.
Unreliable and dishonest service
DExpress marked my delivery as "customer didn’t answer the phone", which is simply not true. I had no missed calls, my phone was on and working the whole day. Instead of doing their job, they just changed the status to cover themselves.
If they can’t deliver on time, they should at least be honest about it — not invent excuses. Very unprofessional and absolutely not trustworthy.

We paid for delivery "today for tomorrow", sent a package from Belgrade to Vlase, Vranje. The package was delivered to Vranje on Wednesday, they only deliver there on Mondays by courier, everything is ok! The package has been in the warehouse for 2 weeks, last Monday the package of course was not delivered, I called to ask what happened, as if someone would call me, of course no one called me, the next day I called again they did not have a vehicle to deliver, I understand everything happens, I called on Friday to confirm that it would be delivered this Monday, of course the package was not delivered again, it is still in the warehouse, someone will call and so the package has been sitting there for 2 weeks, the delivery of course was properly paid, and we still have no information when they will take pity on it to deliver it. The customer service is of course insulted by every call, says they will send an email to warehouse, and so we go around in circles... A great shame! If you can, avoid this courier service because their service is 0 and you don`t know when your package will be delivered at all.

The worst! The average time of even regular post is to ship next day and we paid so much for shipping cost waiting for what? 2 weeks to arrive? Are you joking. Drivers super unpolite, rude and full of themselves, ready to fight and same goes with ladies at costumer service. I have been persistent calling all day, being on hold half an hour and she couldn't say why packages not arrive nor when they will. Again, the sam entitled attitude, at the end I was speechless. Why this company still exist? Everything is bad about it. They don't provide fast, secure package, trust not reliability. I will never work with them as a company and it's shame that many others still do because from now on i will cancel any order that will be shipped by D Express. And by the way, I still don't know why my orders are not here I am just one hour from their company it's not like they need to ship to another country.

Edit: At least the call service appears to be working as best they can to get your package delivered and organized.

If you are not by your phone at all times most likely you are not going to get your package. They ring you once and just go on their merry way. Their customer support is okay but will never again order through them.

Terrible service, never on time, and customer service is useless. One day delivery takes a minimum of three days if you're lucky.
My advice: use another delivery company or simply the regular postal service. Don't waste your money on them.
