A Great Watch Site!
1. I like a larger percentage of the brands they carry than from any other site. Good taste matters.
2. I have bought 3 watches from them in the last few months. The price of each was significantly less than what the manufacturers and other sites were charging.
3. I was surprised to get a link to a page that told me when each step in the shipping process had been completed. It did not turn out to be very useful, as the watches were shipped out almost immediately!
The only suggestion I have for them is that it would be nice if they carried more of the watches and straps from the brands they sell, e.g. Greyhours, Void, and straps from Instrmnt.

FedEx Bill after delivery.

I ordered an item a few months ago and …
I ordered an item a few months ago and despite the good service of the store, it took to long to be delievered, only to find out later that you were out of stock and delievry would take even longer.
The situation has handled by your staff who were very kind, but the lack of initial communication made me, as a client, waste a lot of time and cancel the purchase.
I will however return to the shop for other items.

Nice products, quick and expensive delivery
To decide and order was fun and went quickly. Delivery to Switzerland took five days; it was impossible to choose the company. In addition to the usual customs fee (= VAT) FedEx charged an extremely high handling fee.
