When we have moved previously we visited our conveyance team to complete documentation. This time we used Dezrezlegal, an online team recommended by our estate agent. I was sceptical at first, but we were pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.
We found Dezrezlegal quick to respond. All the necessary forms regarding our sale were with us on the day we signed up with them. We were given a login so we could track how things were going.
There were about 7 in our chain. Fortunately there were not too many complications with the chan and we moved within 9.5 weeks!
We were very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of our conveyancer. I'm sure she was exceptionally busy (we moved just before the Stamp Duty rise) but always gave us the time we needed.

They provided excellent legal service and support to me, throughout the process of my home purchase.

Although we are based miles and miles away, they made the whole moving house process easy. Excellent communication, very efficient and proactive. Online portal is great and easy to use.
