⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at DFS - Blanchardstown Dublin today! I purchased a brand new sofa today and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff member ( Anastasia) who helped me was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through all of my options regarding fabric, cushion fillings, and dimensions without ever making me feel rushed. She made the entire ordering process seamless and transparent. I can't wait for delivery day! Highly recommend visiting this branch if you want stress-free furniture shopping.

Incredible customer service
Everything about our experience at DFS today was easier than we expected, we couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process was and any questions or doubts we had were easily dealt with and now we are looking forward to getting our couch. Bianca was so friendly and helpful and gave us all the information we could need and made sure to give us plenty of time to answer any questions we had or to talk through our options.

A large selection of the type of sofas I was interested in, very pleasant, helpful staff who were available when we needed them but otherwise left us to browse at our own pace. Efficient and competent.

Bianca is amazing
Just left the store. Had we of went with 1st sales rep we would have left 1 without a sofa and 2 just bad vibe from store. An amazing sales assistant came along and offered 2 alternatives to the sofa we wanted but were in store to try. We ended up doing a mix match of sofa and foot stool that suited us. Bianca is a gem of a sales assistant she was very attentive to us and our daughter...I feel her energy in her role really shined through and I feel she may have been the only sales person working hard to help customers get the furniture they want.

We dealt with a guy called Casey he may have been the manager. He gave us so much time and info nothing was a problem a really nice guy.
He was very informed with all the furniture in the shop which was a great help.

We were treated so well!
