Worst place to buy a sofa i. Paid 2300 for a sofa and it's so uncomfortable and the quality is not too good and customer service is so bad they keep putting you on to other people in England telling me they will get back to me still waiting

The sales girl was very informative
The sales girl was very informative, she knew the subject matter extremely well. On top of all that she was very pleasant. I was made to feel very relaxed and welcomed into the shop. In fairness she could have sold sand to the arabs, she was thast good. 10/10. Great job

Great Customer Experience
We had to replace our sofa after 20 years. I wasn't really looking foward to getingt a replacement sofa. However, as soon as we set foot in DFS and met Toeson, we immediately felt at ease. He guided us through all the options available and we eventually found the right choice for us.
