Ian needs a raise
Ian was so very patient, knowledgeable and understanding with what we needed. We wasted hours of his day but he never complained. Eventually we found what we hope will be the perfect sofa. We’ve had a bad experience with DFS in the past, but took a chance on Ian’s advice. He couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and relaxed during the whole process.

Very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions … didn’t follow us around just let us know they were available if we needed them … found sofa we liked and was ordered and sorted very quickly … overall a hassle free friendly experience

Highly recommend Cannock store and Sian
We went into your store at J9 as we knew exactly what we wanted but had a couple of questions however we were ignored so went to your Cannock store and saw Sian. What a difference she was super friendly and really knowledgeable, answered our questions over a coffee and popped the order through. This is the 2nd time we’ve used DFS Cannock and always had great service.
