Jo was very helpful n knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble n he was extremely patient with all our questions n described the care packages in detail and in layman's terms. That's why we purchased there n then.

We have purchased several items over the years from DFS Carcroft Doncaster. One of the reasons being the customer service we always receive from Joe the salesperson. He has excellent communication skills, he is approachable, and has good product knowledge. He gives good advice and is very helpful,

Sales staff at Carcroft were great and very helpful, but had problems with e-sign documents, it wouldn’t load.
