Good atmosphere in the store at Carlisle. Was approached on entering offered help if required. Was left to look around at our own pace. If we needed help we only had to ask. Finally settled on our choice. Reece was extremely good at explaining options, timeline and payment schemes. He was very pleasant and relaxed. We completed our purchase with ease.
