We entered DFS and we were asked by an advisor if we needed any assistance, we said we were just looking not intending to buy anything today, for a sofa and reclining chairs we were left so we could look around, if we required any assistance we just needed to ask. We liked the way we could sit and try and wander around without being harassed. We then made a choice and our advisor Ruchira came and advised us of colours and answered any questions we had. She was very professional and helpful. We felt she offered us a good deal and decided there and then to buy our new sofa and reclining chairs and looking forward to them being delivered in a few weeks.

Really good service
Really good service, helpful and informative from the staff member. Provided relevant knowledge about products and finance terms. Made sure the sofa could be delivered up to my 3rd floor flat. I knew what I was going in to the shop to order, completed in 15 minutes.

Great customer service. The lady was very knowledgeable and spent a long period of time going over different style sofas/measurements that would fit my needs and different fillings. Nothing was to much trouble. They even had a sale on which was a bonus. Looking forward in receiving my new U shape sofa.
