A wonderful sofa
We ordered our sofa just after Christmas and the staff at DFS Colchester were so friendly and helpful. Our sofa arrived exactly as planned and, 6 months on, we are so happy with our purchase, it has exceeded our expectations.

Excellent customer service without the pressure
I popped into my local DFS after viewing the website and struggling to decide on the style of sofa I wanted. I was only intending to browse, but ended up finding the perfect sofa & armchair. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the process, answering all of our questions and clearly explaining the available options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

I've spoken to lots of sales staff and looked in different shops. We decided to buy at your Colchester branch because Chris was fantastic and so was Kevin. Chris was so helpful and as i had to change the sofa etc which he emailed to me I had to speak to Kevin to order in time for the Summer Sale. I hope they both get some commission.
