Ordered a sofa & cuddler chair at DFS Derby today, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Dominic was very helpful and listened to what I said I needed. He pointed out relevant things in relation to what I needed and then left us to look. He came back when I had made my decision and politely went through the ordering process with me.
