Was welcomed as soon as we walked in…
Was welcomed as soon as we walked in and was very friendly, let walk and try sofas. Was offered a coffee while we walked round and tried different sofas. I then choose the sofa I wanted and the lady was amazing and reassuring

Lee was well informed on products…
Lee was well informed on products available and gave us good, experienced based advise on choosing our furniture. We have been to several retailers to find our sofa and walked away feeling overwhelmed with choice and not confident with delivery. Lee took all this onboard and made the whole experience pleasurable and seamless. We will be going back to Lee for future furniture purchases.

Warm, professional reception.
Michelle and Lee (two separate visits) were very knowledgeable about all the different sofa shapes/sizes, what would fit etc.
Insurance for leather protection was fully explained as was how to clean and care for leather sofas.
We’ve had several sofas from DFS over the years, they are very well made and extremely comfortable.
Would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience at DFS Droitwich thanks to Amanda. She was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our decision-making, especially when it came to choosing the right colour for our sofa. Amanda showed us some seats in the clearance section that matched the exact shade we were looking for, which made a big difference! She also provided us with plenty of useful information about delivery and sofa care, which we really appreciated.
