We have a recliner chair and Sofa. Approximately two years old. The motor failed, and Dfs were brilliant. I contacted them online, and arranged an appointment. Their engineer, Nick was prompt. He was friendly and happy to help. He replaced the motor and tighted all the loose nuts and bolts. Excellent five star service.
